We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, User must check out website: sedanlinks.com for updated policy & Term. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms.


Service calls/appointments shall be made no less than two (2) hours preceding the intended pick up time.Sedan Links Incorporated shall not guarantee prompt pick up for the calls made less than two hours intended pick up time. Such call will be honored based upon availability of vehicles upon and upon assessing the distance between availability vehicles and pick up point. Contract Agreement: Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations for Sedan within 24 hours, Limousine and Minibus 7 days of charter will be billed at 100%.
The client is responsible to notify us of all airline changes, delays, cancellations & missed flights.
Delayed flights are billed after flight arrival. Please observe our non-smoking policy.
The client is responsible for guests and assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to vehicle whether by accident, neglect, or intent.


We assume no responsibility for articles left in vehicles.
Sedan Links assumes no responsibility for flight information other than what is listed above.
Driver may terminate the charter at any time without refund if they deem the party unruly or endangering the safe operation of the vehicle.
Sedan Links will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed an Act of God.
Sedan Links reserves the right to substitute alternative vehicles in the event of an occurrence beyond our control.


Client assumes full financial l responsibilities for all payments due at the end of the charter, including overtime, wait time, gratuity and damage fees.
Client authorizes charges to credit card, with/without imprint. Fees and Charges: General Billing All services is billed to your credit card, or to a company account (provided you have previously applied and been approved for billing terms with us).
Sedan Links accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Additional Charges Required additional charges will be added to your invoice, including parking and airport or other special fees.
Charges incurred on your behalf or as a direct result of your car service will also be added to your invoice, including applicable toll charges, fuel surcharges, and mobile phone fees.
Limousine trips of unusual duration may require additional fees, such as meals and accommodations for the driver.


Changes Our rates are subject to change without notice.
The rate in effect at the time your service was scheduled shall apply.
Rate Information As is customary in the Transportation service industry, fees are calculated on an hourly rate basis & mileage.
Time is calculated from the time when the vehicle leave pick up place until the time it returns, and there is a Three (3) hour minimum charge.
Note that hours are charged in thirty (30) minute increments; fractions are rounded to the next thirty (30) minutes.


Quotations Quotations provided by us are estimates based on known information and experience regarding drive times, traffic volumes, and related factors.
Actual charges may be slightly higher or lower than estimated due to traffic, weather, and other factors outside of our control.


Driver Wait Times The driver will wait up to forty-five (45) minutes on airport pick-ups, and up to fifteen (15) minutes on non-airport pick-ups before calling the primary or alternate contact numbers (provided when you make your reservation), for authorization to wait additional time or to cancel.
Charges will still apply; see “Cancellation Policy, No Shows” below for details.


NOTE: We monitor scheduled air carrier flights for passengers arriving via scheduled flights on any major commercial airline. Your driver will be dispatched based on current arrival information available to us

We DO NOT monitor private flights (including charters, general aviation, and the like) nor do we monitor trains, ships, or other modes of transport; therefore, it is your responsibility to notify us if you will be arriving after the scheduled time provided during your reservation.
No Shows It is important to avail yourself of the ability to check pricing and confirm your plans prior to booking with us. Cancellation fees apply according to the following schedule:
If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours (7 days for buses & Limousine) in advance of your scheduled pickup date and time, there is no cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours (7 days for buses & Limousine) prior to the scheduled pick-up time will result in a cancellation fee of the full base fare of the trip.

Cancellations made at pick-up time, as well as “no shows” (you are not available or no longer want the trip when the driver calls for you) will result in a cancellation fee of the full base fare of the trip, plus the 20% service fee, plus any applicable wait fees and expenses (including fuel, tolls, etc.) as described elsewhere in our terms and conditions.
Cancellation of greeters with less than four (24) hours notice will be charged at the full hourly greeter rate. If you are running late (except as provided above under “Punctuality; Driver Wait Times”) or you cannot locate your driver, please call 202-738-1100 to avoid a “no show” fee.


Holiday Service Services are available on major U.S. holidays, but a surcharge of 25% (calculated against the base fare and any stop and wait times) will be charged on all limousine services originating and/or ending during the calendar day of: New Year’s Day Easter Memorial Day Independence Day (4th of July) Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Weather Conditions: A snow emergency fee of 25% will be added to the base fare for bad weather conditions Hourly Services Services rendered on an hourly basis (such as for special events, parties, etc.) will be billed at then-current hourly rates.


Customers will be billed from the time you requested, until the time of drop off, with a minimum charge of two (3) hours billed. Hourly services are tabulated and billed in half hour (30 minute) increments, with fractions of a half hour rounded to the next half hour interval.
Services provided city to city are billed on the basis of a round trip, at our hourly rate, even if the customer and/or passengers require only one-way service. Wait times required during city to city services are billed at the same hourly rate as actual travel time.


Important Disclaimers We will not be liable for circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to mechanical breakdown, conditions or closure of roads, impact of weather, communications delays, and the like.


We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal items, including items such as baggage, purses, cameras, wallets, items packed within baggage or cases, or other items brought with you or left in the vehicle. Items that are breakable or of special value should be handled by you, and kept with you during transportation.
